OVERVIEW
Can you Imagine sailing aboard your own
luxury Phinisi boat? Sailing among the greatest island chain
on the planet aboard this well appointed and superbly staffed vessel. For
those who crave adventure and remote places, but like a little bit of
luxury, then this 6 day sailing expedition is for you.
You will be picked up from your flight into Bali and taken to the beautiful Holiday Inn Tuban. From there we will fly directly to Labuan Bajo where we will visit the fascinating Mirror Stone cave and witness the Caci Dance.
The next day we will board our luxury craft and set sail among the Komodo Islands. Of course we will visit the Komodo Dragons, but we will also visit Pink/Red Beach and SCUBA/Snorkel among some of the best reefs imaginable.
The Komodo Dragon's sheer size and power is unbelievable, growing more than 3 metres in length and weighing over 150kg. Although they plod along at a leisurely pace, do not be fooled, when called for, the Dragon can run up to 30 kilometers an hour and strike at lightning speed.
We will spend 5 glorious nights aboard our boat, either in your well appointed cabin or beneath the stars (its up to you). We will be visiting uninhabited islands, snorkeling in crystal clear water above pristine coral (Red Beach is considered by many as the best beach on the planet). We will visit caves and islands packed with flying fox as well as remote communities that live off the sea.
We have 2 itineraries for the Komodos on our Luxury boat one with 5 days on board and one with 6 days.
